How do I pay?
At the moment we offer PayPal for payment.
What if I don't use Euros?
The cost of your order will automatically be converted to your local currency upon checkout.
After purchase I did not receive a conformation email, what's wrong?

After you logged into PayPal you will be redirected to our webpage.
Now you have to finalize your order by clicking the Buy Now - Kostenpflichtig Kaufen

If you skip this step, no order will be placed and no money will be transferred to our account.

Where do the items ship from?
The items will be sent to you from Germany.
Can I track my order?
The items are sent to you via registered post, which means it can be tracked, depending on the carrier of the destination country.
Once your purchase is on the way, your shipment number and the date of shipment will be confirmed via email.
Important:
If there is a problem, the items are always trackable by a service agent of the carrier Deutsche Post.
How do I track my order?
We collected several domestic track and trace services.
There are lots more, please ask your domestic carrier if your country is not listed below.
Try different formats like RC123456789DE or RC 12 345 678 9DE.
Some countries need your ZIP code and/or date of shipment as well.
Australia Unfortunately Australia Post does currently not offer track and trace for Registered Post International

How are the items packed?
The items are packed in stable corrugated cardboard.
Will I be charged additional fees when receiving my order?
Please be advised that for non-EU deliveries, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may be chargeable.

The “Look in the book” pages online are watermarked. Do the pages in the book also have a watermark?
No, the pages in the book are not watermarked.
How is the quality of the print?
The book is printed offset which makes it a high quality print and gives the reader the feeling of holding Fiphie’s original artwork in their hands.
How many pages are in the book?
Dust Has Grown Flowers contains 208 pages, Dear Stranger contains 144 pages. Both filled with lots of new and unseen content and Fiphie’s most famous and popular works.
